The perfect partner for green events and green meetings
BERNHARD-AV is certified according to EMAS since 2015 and operates Scope 1 and 2 CO2 -neutral since 2018. We consider it our corporate duty to do our share in protecting the environment and climate. Therefore, we work with high-tech equipment that meets the highest environmental standards and has a long service life. Internal and external trainings are taking place regularly to raise the awareness for environmental issues among all our staff. Reducing energy consumption, optimizing waste management, minimizing transportation logistics and being environmentally considerate in purchases – we are committed to a continuous effort of steadily improving our environmental record in every part of our business.
One of our main concerns as AV providers for events is with CO2 emissions due to transportation. Efficient and exact logistics together with our central location in the heart of Vienna allow us to keep transport distances to a minimum. We moreover are in the process of shifting to fossil free vehicles.

Overcoming language barriers with BOSCH interpretation equipment
For interpretation, we exclusively use Bosch’s Next Generation digital infrared systems. Up to 31 interpreting channels, plus floor language, can be provided for communication across all language barriers. An audio bandwidth of up to 20 kHz guarantees superior voice clarity and sound quality.
BOSCH digital infrared receivers have a long battery life and are particularly easy to use. BOSCH’s well-designed headsets offer superb sound quality and are comfortable to wear.
Our mobile interpretation booths not only meet the requirements of EU standard 4043, but excel in terms of features and working comfort for interpreters.
Making things visible – with the latest projection and video technology
Each event has its specific requirements, but projection quality is a factor that always matters. Our projection equipment by Panasonic and Barco meets the most demanding requirements and ensures perfect front and rear projections in any brightness.
We use premium seamless switchers for professional on-site video and image presentation.
Our DV, DVC Pro and P2HD equipment is suitable for any type of recording and reproduction. HD cameras by Panasonic ensure perfect live projections.
Make sure you are heard – with state-of-the-art sound engineering
Sound quality is crucial for the success of any event. The irony is that people seldom notice that the sound quality is good, but immediately notice when it is poor.
Using professional amplification equipment by Yamaha, Midas, Crown, Bose, DBX, JBL, Audix, Kling & Freitag and QSC, we are able to adjust the sound system to any type of room and event.
For microphones, we rely on proven Shure, AKG and Sennheiser quality. Our DC Concentus system by BOSCH is the ideal equipment for discussions.
Placing highlights: Light design that creates the right atmosphere
We constantly invest in the newest LED-Technology and offer customized lighting concepts. From white light for press conferences to moving lights for glamorous gala events, gobo projections and all types of ambient lighting.
